Description:
After Lilanei's kidnapping from the Black Crest Tavern in the city of Blackcrest, Locke eventually discovers that the one behind the kidnapping – and even the Vega Clan who appeared to be at fault – was none other than a villain named Lucio. Lucio is a ruthless tyrant who has taken no hesitation to ensure he gets what he believes he deserves. After conquering the eastern half of the primarily Dragonborn island of Fukai, Lucio established a large following of evil henchmen, as well as women who he seemingly kidnapped and otherwise lured to be his servants. Although not much is known about this mysterious villain at this time, our Heroes know this much – he will stop at nothing to destroy those in his path towards his sick form of justice. He was last seen fighting Akorrin within his own mansion; however, he has been missing ever since. . .
